Cowboy Poets

An unlikely documentary-Western set in the world of the American National Cowboy Poetry gatherings. Every year since 1985, modern-day cowboys gather to share their heartfelt poems. The film is a celebration of our need to create, gather, and share. It is an impressionistic look at the contemporary Western world wrangling with its identity, environmental threats, and societal change.
